Who We Are
We’re glad you found us! We’d like to welcome you to PartWise.com and tell you a little about ourselves and the broader goals that led us to creating this website.
We are a small team with over 40 years of combined auto parts experience that is always looking for ways to better help our customers.
In 2018, we created HIS German Auto Parts . We purchased wholesale parts for Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Volkswagen vehicles and made them available on eBay at affordable prices. While it was great to offer these products to customers in need of them, the fees that come with third-party selling platforms forced the prices to be higher than they needed to be. We knew we could do better, so we started working on what has become PartWise.
After a few years of research and hard work, we have curated a catalog of parts from trusted brands for a wide selection of popular vehicles and made them available on our own web store. Now we are able to offer these products at a minimal markup--just enough to cover our operating costs--to all customers.
Our Mission
We all rely on our vehicles to get us where we need to go, so we always need them to be running their best. Fixing a car isn’t cheap: that is why when something goes wrong, it can be devastating. Between parts and labor, many of us often have to forgo doing necessary repairs simply because we can’t afford to fix it right away. We want to help change that, which is why we have designed our site based on three simple principles:

In a world of ever-increasing prices, the cost of buying parts to fix your car can be prohibitive. Whether it’s prolonging an oil change, driving with worn brake pads, or dealing with a window that won’t go up and down, the cost of fixing up the car that you rely on can be too much to afford. We price our parts to be as low as possible by offering them at a small markup over the price that we purchase them for, just enough to cover our operating costs.
We want the parts you order to fit your car.
Buying parts online can sometimes feel like a gamble. You need the right part, and you usually need it right away. That’s why getting the wrong part is so frustrating: it’s a chore to return and now it will be even longer before your car gets fixed. We work to ensure the data on our website contains the most accurate information possible: we want you to be confident that if our site says a part will fit your car, that it is going to fit.
We want to sell parts that work.
There are many online sellers that offer low prices, but also offer low-quality parts that won’t last. We carry parts made by Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) --the manufacturers that made the same parts that you’re likely to find in your car already--as well as brands that offer high-quality aftermarket products that we have personal experience dealing with.
